Every session follows the same shape, so you always know what you are walking into.

9:00 – 10:00

Understanding Your Health

Practical education on managing chronic conditions — what is happening in your body, and what you can influence

10:00 – 11:00

Moving at Your Pace

Tailored physical activity for the group. Every movement has a seated or modified version.

11:00 – 12:00

Small-Group Coaching

Motivational interviewing in small groups, to turn what you learned into habits that last.
