Dr. April Kapu, is president of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners® (AANP). She has 30 years of experience in health care and 18 years as an acute care nurse practitioner (NP). In today’s episode, which is hosted by NP and rural health expert Mary Behrens, we hear about Dr. Kapu’s experiences of meeting NPs across the country during her year of presidency.
